Topic: How to succeed at a job interview:

Introduction:

The process of job interview is the process required by many companies when appluing for a new job. This proess coud sometimes be very different from jobs to jobs. But majority of the jobs will have similar proess of interview that I will be discussing today.

The job interview process is a process of getting a job and for most jobs it is part of the requirements. This process is completed by people that are applying for jobs or trying to get better at interviewing with others. Mostly students that are joiing the workforce or other age group varying from age 18 to 65 looking for a job. Through this process the interviewers looks at the applicant fit within the job they are hiring for, this includes the persons communication skills or any other special skills. As mentioned on the wespage thespiritedhub, this process was actually made by a person very long ago named Thomas Edison. His idealogy behind it is that,  whenever he would hire employees, he would accept hindrends of applicants for the same job and through interview, he would choose the best few he actually needs out of them.

The interviewing process is commonly used by many groups of people, one common being applying for a new job and interviewing for an internship program. This process is also used by students who are applying to a new school that requires an interview. “The purpose of a job interview is to figure out if both parties will benefit from the hire.”[2]. This means that the employer gets the opportunity to learn more about the applicants. Through this process, the employer is checking whether the applicants are fit for the job. On the other hand, this gives the applicants an opportunity to know more about the job and its expectations. [1].
